About the role
To realise our ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking someone who will take ownership of driving the business forward, with a strong focus on revenue, margins, and profitability. You will ensure that our digital channels deliver an inspiring and seamless customer journey, from the very first interaction to the post-purchase experience.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Implementing a data-driven approach, using customer and sales insights and robust performance analytics, as a basis for decision-making.
- Identifying prioritising and leading development initiatives related to platform functionality and conversion optimisation
- Ensuring E-Commerce platforms and integrations operate efficiently and reliably
Furthermore, you will work with Marketing and Developer colleagues to
- Ensure site performance and scalability, whilst maintaining fast response times and an excellent user experience.
- Explore new markets, channels and partnerships to drive growth and strengthen the digital business
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and Company standards.
A strategic, commercially focused individual, you will be well versed in managing high growth websites. In particular, you will be driven by analytical proficiency, including;- Conversion rates and customer acquisition costs. Moreover, you should have experience in;-
- Leading technical projects, such as platform migrations or implementation of personalisation and recommendation tools
- Analytics and optimisation tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Klaviyo, Clarity or similar
- Front-end, back-end and integrations between PIM, CMS and CRM systems
- How UX content and visual expression influence both conversion and brand perception.
